My name is Dan, and my wife Jamie and I have been clients of Kate’s for a while now. We have been on the never-ending house hunt and Kate has been of immeasurable help. As the market is decidedly weird lately it’s been a real roller coaster ride for us and through it all Kate has been working very hard to find us what we need. I am a retired Federal Officer and I have diabetes and am disabled so our requirements in a house are rather specific.
Kate has diligently researched and looked for properties that fit as many of our needs as possible. I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as Kate does. She has spent many hours working for us, showing homes and writing offers. Unfortunately the way the market is we’ve been unsuccessful so far but it’s not due to any lack of work or enthusiasm on Kate’s part.Kate is personable, friendly, concerned for her clients and is one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. Kate is not just a real estate agent, she has also become a friend and to us, that’s what is important.
Most testimonials come after the sale and say polite things about the agent and the process. I am not one to wait or be polite, (just the way I am I suppose), so I decided to write this now while we are still in the process. Kate knows her stuff, she’s a hard worker, she cares about her clients and I am glad we found her and took her on as our agent.
We will get a house eventually so stay tuned, you never know when it’s going to happen but I will say this, Kate is our agent and will always be our agent when we look to buy or sell any properties. We feel good about Kate and her work. - Dan & Jamie
