We require a credit check for each individual signing the lease. There is a separate deposit for pets, and 1st month's rent and deposit are due at the signing of a lease term and hand over of keys.
Mosts tenant requests to the Landlord will be granted as long as they are reasonable. Once the lease term is up, the tenant usually has the option to renew or if there is a situation of any kind, we are happy to work with you and the Landlord together.
